Starting Mark Whalberg, Christian Bale and Amy Adams and directed David O. Russell comes a drama due to come out in December that follows the life, the rise and the path to success of a famous boxer “Irish” Mickey Ward.

It is set in the 80’s of the last century and sees two half brothers work together to reach something by helping recover their own lives in the process. With both brothers training to be professional boxers, one of them slipped and nearly overdosed on drugs and alcohol and decided to help the sibling by becoming a trainer that will see Irish reach pro and a life long dream after a painful road.

Set at the times when Rocky was popular, it is a drama with a bit of action that proves that those that reached the top had a rocky road to go through to get there, and all the fame and money justifies the hard work they invested.
