James McTeigue was born and grew up in Australia. James McTeigue is a better know as an Assistant Director, has proved his talent by directing “V for Vendetta”. This movie has drawn its inspiration from the graphic novel by David Lloyd. “V for Vendetta” is a futuristic story of how Great Britain is being suppressed by Fascist rule. One man or thing rises up to this suppression he is V (Hugo Weaving). He seeks the help of a young woman called Evey (Natalie Portman) who he saves from the secret police of Great Britain. V uses terrorist tactics to fight against the government. The main reason V is taking revenge on the government is because he was affected during an experiment that was performed on him. And this experiment went terribly wrong. The famous tagline for this movie “Remember, remember the 5th of November, the gun powder treason and plot.
