Angels and Demons is an adaptation of a best-selling Dan Brown novel after the great success of The Davinci Code, Angels & Demons is a thriller with a very intricate and complex plot, with so much going on that the viewer must be on the edge of his or her seat at all times to follow. Ron Howard and Tom Hanks team up again after the successful Davinci Code and bring movie-goers yet another intense mystery thriller full of suspense, insane plot twists and plenty of action that will keep both eyes and minds busy for the duration of the film.

The plot revolves around a church-related conspiracy, involving the death of the pope and the plot of an extremely powerful underground organization that plants bombs throughout the Vatican in an effort to destroy the conclave of cardinals that are set to elect a new pope to the holy position. Just as in the Divinci Code, there are tons of codes that need deciphering and amazing attention is paid to the very complex plot that revolves around theories related to religion, faith, the church and the mysterious Illuminati.
