Echelon Conspiracy action thriller focuses on the story of a young engineer that is in possession of a special cell phone that promises him great wealth and riches. But this instant wealth does not come without a price of its own. The danger that ensues once he has the phone in his possession is thrilling and frightening. The involved plot features the main character running for his life and seeking refuge from a large number of dangerous security agents who are after him. A series of high-risk adventures unfolds and he barely survives by the skin of his teeth.

All the while, a government conspiracy also unfolds that endangers not only the hero’s life, but stability and peace for the whole world. The film takes you on a ride of non-stop action and excitement, and explores various Big Brother-esque concepts while dabbling in dozens of sub-genres, including science fiction and thrilling noir.
