Rocky Springs is a beautiful green forest covered area, about to be replaced by a shopping mall… with a forest theme, none the less. Not so easily though, as the rightful inhabitants of this beautiful piece of land fight to keep their homes and to keep intruders out. The cute, mischievous rodents will show that they are no creatures you want to mess with. Their prime target, real developer in charge of the building project, Dan Sanders (Brendan Fraser) will have his hands full trying to figure out what is happening as he stumbles upon one obstacle after another. He starts to believe that the local woodland furries are out to get him. Although it may seem he would have to lose his mind to believe such a crazy idea, that’s exactly what is going on. The local forest population is coming after him, and he is severely outnumbered. In a string of comedic situations Sanders and the furry creatures have one show down after another, neither of them willing to give up so easily.
