The movie sample for Greenberg gives us a good idea of what an average mid-life crisis is like. Of course, since the main character Roger Greenberg is played by Ben Stiller, you can expect it to be with a more comedic outlook. Without a job, he moves from New York to Los Angeles and settles into his younger brother’s house. His much more successful sibling is away so as he house sits, therefore having free accommodation, he is in no rush to find a job or really do anything. While trying to figure out his life and unable to reconnect with his old friends, he finds himself enjoying the company of his brother’s assistant Florence, played by lovely Greta Gerwig. Having just gotten out of a serious relationship she is reluctant to take it fast. As time goes by though, these two get closer and closer and as their relationship evolves, Greenberg finds that life isn’t all that bad and might just be well worth living. Get a better taste of what’s in store when the movie comes out, by watching the movie trailer.
